"The tenants are the nicest people for the most part.
The work crew is a great group of people, however the management is lacking in every way. For some reason they can not keep a management person to stay. Could be pay, could be the upper management, could be both. But they like to show you the candy, but never let you have it. For example, you get double time for any overtime - however overtime is not allowed...
"Over all a good place to work
They give you a lot of independence on the job which I appreciated. Night shift can be difficult just like day shift. The company is fair and honest and management is very responsive to grievances. Your co workers have your back when you need them which makes working there feel less stressful.

Inadequate staffing makes the environment fast paced and stressful sometimes.

Great lower management, but very selfish owners. When is enough money enough. They could benefit from paying their key employees more, and keeping them happy.
    Pros
    Great residents
    Cons
    Greedy Owners
"A great family atmosphere for residents and workers alike
Era living is a great company that puts the health, happiness and longevity of it's residents first. As an employee of the company you become part of the family/community, and that really boosts the atmosphere of each location as well as the moral and comrade-dory of the employees. I had a great manager, that gave of her time to better me as an employee, and also as a person. The hardest part of the job is all of the memorization that comes with having a large resident base, but the challenge of that was greatly outweighed by the joy that came from serving the residents. Getting to know the residents and developing meaning relationships with them while having the opportunity to learn their about their life was the most rewarding part of the whole job.

    No option for financial advancement
